2. What data we collect
- Your first name and email address (provided at checkout)
- Order information (product purchased, amount, date, payment status)
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, via standard web logging and the Meta Pixel
3. Why we process your data
- To process your order and deliver the digital product to your email address
- To send order confirmations and download links
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax administration)
- To measure website usage and advertising effectiveness (Meta Pixel)
4. How long we keep your data
Order data is kept for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law. Other personal data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share your data only with parties that help us deliver our service:
- Mollie — payment processing
- Supabase — secure database hosting
- Resend — sending order confirmation emails
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel
We do not sell your data to third parties.

Our website uses functional cookies necessary for the checkout to work, and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
Right of rectification
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you amended. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the data has been adjusted. (Article 16 AVG)
Right to transferability
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, at the e-mail address known to us, copies or transcripts of all data about you that we have processed or have processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, as the secure interconnection of data files can then no longer be guaranteed. (Article 20 AVG)
Right of inspection
You always have the right to inspect the data we process (or have processed) that relate to your person or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, at the e-mail address known to us, a copy of all data with a list of the processors who hold this data, indicating the category under which we have stored this data. (Article 15 AVG)
Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to limit the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction. (Article 18 AVG)
Right to object and other rights
You have the right to object, in appropriate cases, to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Wallsteyn Music. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will provide you with copies and/or copies of the data we process (or have processed) and then permanently stop the processing. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. 8. Reviews — WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of services, for this we have given permission to WebwinkelKeur. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
