2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Wallsteyn Music and to every distance contract concluded between Wallsteyn Music and the consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms is made electronically available to the consumer in such a way that it can be easily stored on a durable data carrier.
3. The offer
All products offered on this website are digital sound presets for the Xfer Serum software synthesizer. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Wallsteyn Music.
4. The contract
The contract is concluded the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. After receiving the order, Wallsteyn Music will immediately confirm receipt electronically. As long as the contract has not been confirmed, the consumer may cancel it.
5. Right of withdrawal — digital content
Wallsteyn Music sells digital content not delivered on a physical carrier (downloadable sound presets). In accordance with Article 6:230p sub d of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal expires when the performance has begun, provided the consumer has:
- given express prior consent to begin the performance before the withdrawal period has ended; and
- acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

6. Price
Prices stated on the website are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices are not increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
7. Payment
Payment is processed via Mollie. Available payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other methods offered at checkout. Delivery (the download link) follows immediately after successful payment.
8. Delivery and execution
Wallsteyn Music will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products. The place of delivery is the email address provided by the consumer. The download link is sent automatically and is typically available within minutes after payment.
9. Conformity and warranty
Wallsteyn Music guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. The presets require a licensed copy of Xfer Serum; Wallsteyn Music is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by third-party software updates.
10. Intellectual property and licence
All presets remain the intellectual property of Wallsteyn Music. By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the presets in your own musical productions, including commercial releases. You may not resell, redistribute or share the preset files, in whole or in part, by any means.
11. Complaints
See our complaints procedure. Complaints must first be submitted to Wallsteyn Music via info@wallsteyn.com. If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute via the WebwinkelKeur mediation service.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to contracts between Wallsteyn Music and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate.
