1. Standard right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Wallsteyn Music with all delivered accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@wallsteyn.com. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
2. Important exception — digital downloads
Wallsteyn Music sells digital content not delivered on a physical carrier (downloadable Serum preset packs). Under Article 6:230p sub d of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal expires the moment the download begins, provided you have:
- given express prior consent that performance may start before the withdrawal period has ended; and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
You give this consent and acknowledgement at checkout by ticking the agreement box before completing payment. If you have not yet downloaded the files, you may still request a refund within 14 days.
3. Defective or faulty products
If the preset files are defective, corrupted or do not load as described, please contact us at info@wallsteyn.com within a reasonable period. We will provide a replacement download or a full refund.
